Through our dishes, we want to unfold Etna cuisine in our own way, taking its secrets and adding our passion and imagination.

Through our dishes, we want to unfold Etna cuisine in our own way, taking its secrets and adding our passion and imagination.

We look ahead, but we take care of what lies behind. We stand on the shoulders of giants. We work with the products of our farm and of local producers; when looking beyond, we try to find a positive contamination that enriches us while not taking us out of our stride. We not only use the prime parts of each ingredient, but also what is usually discarded, since we know and respect the effort that goes into each step of its production. We have the ambition to offer uniqueness, a word that perfectly fits to the city of Catania, born between the fire of Etna and the waves of the Ionian Sea».
